MantaDrop will gladly accept returns within 30 days from the date of the invoice. All products must be in sellable condition and in their original packaging, except Wigs, Human and Synthetic Hair, Hair Extensions and Custom Product.
All customers must provide us with the item’s picture they want to return to confirm the sellable condition of the products. Only after that customer service will be able to send to the customer return authorization number.
We will not accept returns for used and opened item, unless it is defective or damaged. We reserve the right to refuse refunds on personal use products for any reason.
- We do not refund shipping charges
- 30% restocking fee will be applied for all unauthorized returns
- Shipping charges are non refundable, 30% Restocking Fee applies to all returns that are not part of the exchange policy, exchanges are FREE EXCEPT FOR SHIPPING.
- Each order is only valid for one-time exchange.
We do everything possible for our customers to receive their orders on time and in perfect condition. We carefully pack every order, so damaged products are incredibly rare and unlikely to happen to you. In the unlikely event that a shipper damages your products during transit we can help you to open the claim on your behalf.
What constitutes damage:
- Cracked jars and bottles.
- Jars and bottles contents are spilled out.
- Broken items.
Please notice that items with minor leaking, small scratches or small dents are not considered as damaged.
Those items cannot constitute the basis for claims.

ORDER RETURN INSTRUCTION
1. To start a return, find the Order’s ID which mailed to you when you placed your order.
2. Contact us via our email: [email protected] with your return request.
3. The Fulfilment Team is notified of your return request and will send you a return shipping label, if we’re decided to be pay for the return. If you are responsible for shipping costs, be sure to either use an MantaDrop label with automatic tracking for you or send us your carrier’s tracking information via our contact email to protect you in case of an issue with delivery.
4. Next, pack the item carefully. Include the packing slip, affix the shipping label, and send the item back to us within five business days. You can drop the package off at the post office or schedule a pickup with the US Postal Service or designated carrier.
5. Tracking your return package:
- If we’re decided to be pay for the return shipping and the return is being handled through the standard returns process on MantaDrop, you’ll automatically receive tracking information. If you are responsible for return shipping, you need to send tracking information to us via our contact email to protect yourself if there’s an issue with shipping/delivery.
- Once you've shipped your package back to us, you could track the status of the returned item by contact us via our email and when it's being handled through the regular MantaDrop returns process. We’ll issue your refund within six business days after the return item shows "delivered" in the tracking info. If you've not received your refund after 6 business days, please contact us.
All order cancellations must be requested within 24 hours from being placed, otherwise an order cancellation charge of 15% will be applied. To request an order cancellation, contact us by email to: [email protected]. Your order must be confirmed by Customer Service that it has not been shipped from our warehouse. Orders already shipped from our warehouse cannot be cancelled and will fall under the returns for refund policy.
For any shipments returned to us due to a bad address, refusal upon delivery there will be a 30% cancellation fee charged. Shipping and handling charges are non refundable.
Why do we charge a cancellation fee?
Although we stock thousands of different items, some of them may need to be special ordered from the manufacturer to fulfill your order. Our manufacturers do not allow us to return these items back to them, so in effect “MantaDrop” absorbs the full cost of the items in the case of a cancellation. Therefore, to minimize these costs and maintain our standard of excellent prices, we charge a 15% cancellation fee.

- No Restocking Fees! We will waive all fees associated with your eligible exchange. $10 UPS Shipping charge will apply.
- Customer will be responsible to email us at [email protected] and pay for the shipment of the exchanged order. The reshipment can also be paid by sending a money order or check payable to Atok.ltd in the amount of $10 for local United States orders.
- Any balance remaining after your exchange will be refunded to the credit card submitted with your original order.
Each return should be preauthorized. Please email us at [email protected] for the Return Authorization. You will get a response within 24 - 48 hours.
Any refused return is subject to a 30% Restocking Fee. For any shipments returned to us due to a bad address, refusal upon delivery, or cancellation, there will be an additional shipping and handling charge of 30% of your order total (50% on international orders). Shipping and handling charges are non refundable.
If you provide an incorrect address to ship and we need to reroute your package, UPS rerouting fee is $15.00. International/Post Office shipments can not be rerouted.

All unapproved returns are subject to 50% restocking fee. Unappoved returns are the merchandise that was used, packages torn, worn and all other conditions in which the merchandise can not be sold again.
Credit for returns OR EXCHANGES will be issued after your merchandise is received,AND TAKES ON THE AVERAGE 4-10 DAYS depending on when we received the merchandise back,please be patient and rest assured that all will be processed in a timely maner.
MantaDrop.info refund policies on appliances and fragrances are as following: Electrical Appliances (Blow Dryers, Curling Irons, Nail Machines, etc.) can be exchanged for replacement or other merchandise within 30 days of receipt of original shipment. (Product MUST be in perfect condition; packaging, merchandise)
For sanitary health concerns, we only accept the return for refund of hair brushes, hair extensions, combs or liquid / powder hair care & hair loss products that are sealed / unopened in their original packaging. If you are unhappy with your purchase we will gladly exchange your order within 30 days of receipt.
If your appliance becomes defective within 30 days of purchase, we will replace the appliance for you. After 30 days, all appliances are covered under the manufacturer's warranty (All of our appliance manufacturers offer from 1-3year warranty so you always have your piece of mind). Please make sure to register your appliance with manufacturer so that to be able to get the warranty.
- You will need the packing list that came with your order and the credit card used to make the purchase.
- Shipping will be refunded only if the item was shipped incorrectly, damaged or defective and it is the only item on the order.
- Item must be returned in original condition and in original packaging including any paperwork, manuals or accessories. Items that are returned defaced or damaged will not be eligible for a refund or return.
- To obtain a refund, notify us of your request. We will respond within 48 hours by providing you with a return authorization and address to ship your purchase.
- Credit will always be issued to the same card to which they were charged.
To receive a return authorization from us for a defective appliance covered under the manufacturer's warranty, please contact us via e-mail at [email protected] requesting a return authorization and instructions. Please be sure to provide us with your order number. A return authorization and instructions will be e-mailed to you.
- Eligible product(s): must be in original and perfect factory condition (unaltered, unworn, undamaged, and with tags attached) and in original packaging.
- Odor Free (Any odors on the product will render the product not approved)
- Items not eligible for exchange: Special Orders and Wholesale Orders.
- If product(s) have been altered, worn, damaged, or tags/packaging tampered with, products will be ineligible and deemed unauthorized.
Orders are processed within 24-48 hours of order placement. Once shipped, orders arrive within the time frame selected on the order form.
NOTE: If we are unable to fulfill our obligation to ship any order, we will refund the amount charged to the original credit card.
Incorrect billing information and/or shipping to an alternate address may cause shipping delays, as information must be verified. Prices, specifications, and availability of products are subject to change without notice. Any typographical, photographic, or specification error in products or pricing is subject to correction. We will notify you of any corrections or changes and ask for your approval before we complete your order.
We are not responsible for late shipments due to holidays, natural disasters, customs or carrier delays. Please keep in mind holidays do not count as a business day and should be considered when calculating shipping times. If you need additional information, please email us at [email protected]
CREDIT CARDS/DEBIT CARDS:
If it is necessary to cancel an order placed with a debit card, we do not have any way of "cancelling" or "releasing" an authorization. Only your bank can do this. The authorization will eventually expire and the "hold" on your account will be released, but the amount of time is determined by your bank and we do not have access to that information.
All of our prices are in US Dollars and all credit card charges and refunds will be made in US Dollars. If you use an international (non-US) credit card, you may be charged foreign currency conversion fees by your bank. We are happy to accept international credit cards and we DO NOT add any extra fees for using them. However, we have no control over exchange rates and cannot be responsible for any fees that may be charged by your bank.
